Hi All,

My friends and I are confused about frozen yogurt. Is it allowed?

Were hoping non-fat, no sugar added is ok?

Thank you! ;)

Probably is as long as there is no sugar and it is a low fat variety. Sounds pretty good ... who makes it?

Some of the branded forzen yoghurts contain sugar. Also freezing yoghurt kills off a lot of the probiotics. If you want frozen yoghurt the Doc suggest you freeze the one you normally eat :D
